Grow with style, comfort, and accessibility
Thanks to ATELIER SO GREEN’s custom raised garden furniture for PRM users
As part of the landscaping of the Edgar Morin residence in Toulouse, Atelier So Green designed and manufactured a bespoke raised gardening set, tailored specifically to meet the needs of persons with reduced mobility (PRM). This furniture was created to combine accessibility, ergonomic comfort, and long-lasting durability.
The planters are made from 3 mm aluminium, finished with:
• a high-performance epoxy primer, followed by
• bi-component polyurethane liquid paint, finished with a protective varnish.
This coating system provides excellent UV resistance, a wide range of aesthetic finishes (matte, satin, textured…), and a high level of durability.
The table tops are crafted from raw Ipé wood slats, a naturally rot-resistant tropical hardwood known for its exceptional resistance to weather and heavy use. Over time, Ipé develops a natural silvery-grey patina without losing its mechanical properties.
